Returns & Exchanges

At P3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren’t a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
